Picanhas' prides itself in providing simple steaks done well. The cut in question, of course, refers to the eponymous picanha, a cut of beef from the rump cap muscle first popularised in Brazil. Its signature The Queen of Steak ($25) dishes up a sizeable 200g slab of juicy steak drizzled with charcoal butter, which you can choose to jazz up with sides of congee or mashed potato. The Picanha Don ($16) comes with steak slices, caramelised onions, fried garlic bits, pickled red cabbage, and an onsen egg.
