The restaurant, open to customers since late 2020, specialises in delicious Picanha steaks, which is a Brazilian cut of meat, often referred to as the Queen of Steak.
Picanha cut is very similar to the sirloin cut, as it has its own signature strip of fat and located opposite of the sirloin.
On the compact restaurant menu are, for example, signature Queen of Steak (200g Picanha steak, binchutan butter), Picanha Don (100g Picanha steak, caramelised onion, pickled cabbage, fried garlic bits, onsen egg)…
…Couscous (side – orange, olives, sundried tomato), as well as Sweet Dreams (dessert – French vanilla soft serve, salted caramel, Valrhona chocolate, feuilletine biscuit).
